The Raceday Stewards interviewed J. Cleary, rider of Vlhova (GB), concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence from the rider, the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Rule 211(a) (marker poles) and having taken his clean record into account, suspended him for one race day
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Racing Royalty (GB), trained by Gillian Scott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
