J. Cleary, rider of Hastily (GB), trained by Tom McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend out of the back straight involving Churchill Gale, ridden by R. Whearty, placed Placed, and Our Lucky Lady, ridden by Jessica O'Gorman where it appeared Churchhill Gale had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. Whearty said he got tight for room and had to check. Jessica O'Gorman said she was aware of the horse on her inner, had a look, and felt she kept straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 0-60 Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won. Riders - Apprentices who hold an Apprentice Licence under Rules of Racing issued by any recognised Turf Authority and who have not lost the right to claim the 3lb allowance (95 winners).
