She ran well here the last day, and I said we’d come back even though Sligo (declared on Wednesday) looks an easier contest. We’ll see how she is, but I wouldn’t think she will go to Sligo. She doesn’t back up usually. I just declared her for Sligo in case something funny happened. She’s had a race there so I doubt she will run again. Trevor (Dalzell) has been with me for years and I’ve had plenty of winners for him, but I’ve never had a really nice horse for him. I’d love to have one because he’s a great supporter. An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 0-60 Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won. Riders - Apprentices who hold an Apprentice Licence under Rules of Racing issued by any recognised Turf Authority and who have not lost the right to claim the 3lb allowance (95 winners). Allowances - (up to and including 31st July and which are not cumulative) Apprentices who have not ridden 15 *winners allowed..........7lb; Apprentices who have not ridden 30 *winners allowed..........4lb; Apprentices who have not ridden 45 *winners allowed..........2lb. *Including races under any N.H. Rules.
