The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the withdrawal at the start of Kasper Hauser (GB), trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, after refusing to load. Kevin Thomas Coleman stated that there was no trouble loading his charge at home and that he would not be presenting his charge in a flat race going forward
Having considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards advised Kevin Thomas Coleman that Kasper Hauser (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again. They further advised him that a repeat performance from his charge may render the animal liable to suspension.
