The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Chavajod (GB), trained by D P Coakley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Rockbury Lad (GB), trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away from the stalls
Nicola Burns, rider of Deuteronomy, trained by R.P.Burns, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Mrs John Harrington, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Thrifty Of Digby, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Ms Kate Harrington, authorised representative reported that her charge ran too keen on its last run in cheek pieces so they removed them today and this in her opinion brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its content.
