An enquiry was held to consider interference one and a half furlongs out involving Defence Minister (GB), placed fourth, ridden by James Doyle and Stanage (GB), unplaced, ridden by Joanna Mason.
Doyle was suspended for 2 days for careless riding, as he allowed his mount to shift right-handed towards the rail when insufficiently clear, resulting in Mason being short for room and having to take a check.

An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line involving the winner, Great Acclaim (GB), ridden by Charles Bishop and Native Warrior (GB), placed third, ridden by C Soumillon.
Bishop was cautioned for careless riding as allowed mount to drift left-handed under a right-handed drive when insufficiently clear, resulting in Soumillon having to take a slight check.
Following the race, Ryan Sexton reported that Havana Blue (GB), unplaced, was unruly in the stalls; Elizabeth Gale reported that Diamondonthehill (GB), unplaced, accelerated the gates.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Society Man (FR), bled from the nose.
