The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Nita (GER), ridden by A. Browne- Souza, unplaced, and Crooked Path, ridden by D.J. O'Connor, unplaced, where it appeared Nita (GER) caught a heel. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the turn into the straight involving Duke Of Leggagh, ridden by T. Casey, unplaced, Nita (GER), ridden by A. Browne-Souza, unplaced, and Marzanda, ridden by Sadhbh Tormey, unplaced, where it appeared Marzanda ran short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A. Browne-Souza stated that he held his line and suffered slight interference from his outside. Sadhbh Tormey stated that she checked and took back. T. Casey stated that he wasn't aware of horses on his inner and went forward. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found T
Casey in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two race days.
